Union Midrise is a new condominium development by Mattamy Homes in Brampton, ON and is a 148,541 SF, seven-storey condominium building with underground parking. Each floor totals roughly 24,756 SF per floor and includes roughly 25 rooms per floor. Including the load-bearing panelized system, the building was also completed with a plant installed Prefinished Exterior Façade for all EIFS areas.
