Building smarter through precision
The project included the new construction of a five-storey senior living residence and independent supportive living retirement community, consisting of 142-suites within a 140,000 sqft building. The buildings superstructure is comprised of a poured concrete foundation, light-gauge steel frame and COMSLAB flooring system. Load-bearing wall panels were prebuilt offsite and erected upon an (avg) 14,000 sqft floorplate by A-LINX.
