Building smarter through precision
The project included the new construction of a four-storey, 137,000 sqft retirement residence, complete with 144 suites on a 3.7 acre parcel of land. The building’s superstructure is comprised of a poured concrete foundation, light gauge steel frame and COMSLAB flooring system.
