Building smarter through precision
The project included the new construction of a six-storey, 56,000 sqft multi-residential condominium, complete with 39 suites on less than an acre of land. The buildings superstructure is comprised of a poured concrete foundation, light-gauge steel frame and COMSLAB flooring system. Load-bearing wall panels prebuilt offsite and erected upon the 11,000 sqft floorplate by A-LINX.
