Building smarter through precision
The project included the new construction of an eight-storey senior living residence, consisting of 125 suites within a 126,000 sqft building plus 28,100 sqft of parking and a memory care wing. The building’s superstructure is comprised of a poured concrete foundation, light gauge steel frame and COMSLAB flooring system. Load-bearing wall panels were prebuilt offsite and erected upon an (avg) 14,000 sqft floorplate by A-LINX.
