The project includes the new construction of a six-storey luxury condominium residence, consisting of 76 units within a 108,000 sqft building. 42 Mill St. will represent the first of three development phases for the property which will include two additional five-storey luxury condominium (Phase II) and a third five-storey luxury condominium (Phase III). The building’s superstructure is comprised of a poured concrete foundation, light-gauge steel frame, and COMSLAB flooring system.
