140 Thomas is a new condominium development by Kamoaks Limited, located in Oakville, ON. The site included an existing heritage-designated house, which was required to be moved to make way for the pouring of the footings, foundations, floor slab, and basement for the new condominium building, which was ultimately attached to the heritage house. In its new location, the historic building will front onto Thomas Street and will be integrated into the lower level of the multi-storey condominium building.
This boutique-style luxury condominium was designed and built using a prefinished exterior façade, which was factory applied by A-LINX with a variety of EIFS finishes.
